CareMint is JunnieGreen Pharmacy's loyalty rewards programme designed to reward customers for purchasing medications, health products, wellness items, consultations, and other eligible services offered by JunnieGreen Pharmacy.

Members earn rewards on qualifying transactions that can be redeemed for future purchases and healthcare-related services.

3. Eligibility

To participate in CareMint, individuals must:

• Provide their full name.
• Provide a valid phone number.
• Provide their gender.
• Accept these Terms of Use.

JunnieGreen Pharmacy reserves the right to verify registration details and refuse or cancel membership where false information has been provided.

4. Membership Registration

Customers may register:

• At any participating JunnieGreen Pharmacy location.
• Through approved online registration channels.
• Through authorised CareMint enrolment campaigns.

Registration is free and does not require any membership fee.

5. Earning Rewards

Eligible CareMint members receive a reward equivalent to 1% of the value of qualifying purchases made through JunnieGreen Pharmacy.

Rewards may be earned on:

• Medical consultations.
• TelePharm services.
• Other approved products and services designated by JunnieGreen Pharmacy.

6. Reward Balance

Rewards accumulated through CareMint are recorded in the member's CareMint account and may be viewed through authorised JunnieGreen Pharmacy channels.

Rewards have no cash value and do not constitute a bank account, savings account, investment product, or financial instrument.

7. Redeeming Rewards

Members may redeem available CareMint rewards towards eligible purchases at JunnieGreen Pharmacy.

Redemption is subject to:

• Sufficient available reward balance.
• Verification of account ownership.
• Compliance with these Terms.
• Availability of products and services.

JunnieGreen Pharmacy reserves the right to establish minimum redemption thresholds where necessary.

8. Family Use of Rewards

CareMint rewards may be used by a member's spouse, children, parents, or other immediate family members only with the express authorisation of the CareMint account holder.

JunnieGreen Pharmacy may request verification before approving family-based redemption requests.

9. Prohibited Activities

Members must not:

• Provide false registration information.
• Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
• Transfer rewards without authorisation.
• Misrepresent account ownership.
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the programme.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

JunnieGreen Pharmacy may suspend, restrict, or terminate any CareMint account where:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• False information has been provided.
• Programme abuse has occurred.
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate action.

Where appropriate, JunnieGreen Pharmacy may investigate suspicious activity before taking action.

11. Programme Changes

JunnieGreen Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue CareMint or any aspect of the programme at any time.

Changes may include:

• Reward rates.
• Redemption rules.
• Eligibility requirements.
• Programme benefits.
• Participating products and services.

12. Limitation of Liability

JunnieGreen Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in CareMint or the inability to use programme benefits.

Personal information collected through CareMint is governed by the JunnieGreen CareMint Privacy Policy, Privacy Notice, and applicable data protection laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
